Returns on delicate, one-of-a-kind scarves

Each Lail scarf is inspected before it leaves our studio. Here is how returns and exchanges work for unworn pieces, limited stock, and one-of-a-kind items.

Scarves may be returned when they are unworn, in their original tags, and in their original Lail packaging.

Please contact us within 14 days of delivery to start a return. Returns are inspected on arrival to confirm the scarf is clean, unworn, and complete.

One-of-a-kind and last-in-stock pieces can be exchanged only for another available item of equal or greater value. If the requested piece has already sold, we will offer an alternative or a refund of the amount paid.

To request a return or exchange, message us directly on WhatsApp or Instagram at @lail7_uae with your order number, the scarf name, and a short reason. We will confirm the next steps within one business day.
